Hi guys, okay so I got the new Smashbox Softbox Eye Shadow Palette and like all other smakshboxc products, it is pretty good! For 51 bucks (at all places you can purchase Smashbox) you get 9 shadows (new shades and best sellars!) and 2 gorgoeus eyeliners. This was supposed to be a summer palette, waterproof and natural, and I think we can all agree they hit it bang on! Since smashbox eyeshadows are has a much more pigmented and silky texture than other brands i've tried, it is either a love hate type of thing. But I not only love the way smashbox makes their eye shadows, I also love the colors. They are just the right shades and they go on silky smooth, a win win situation! The two eyeliners are fricken gorgoues, and they just complete each look! It also comes with a dual end brush to apply the eyeshadow and liner and a little bottle of Photo Finish Lid Primer, which I can't decide if I like yet, but please tell me what you think! The only problem about the brush is that the liner side it white can I can't seem to get the bronze creme liner out of it! grrrrr i'm too much of a perfectionist I guess. It also comes with something that I see very rarely (is that just me?) a little pamphlet that shows you how to do three looks with the palette, so cool! I will be doing a tutorial on how to do my two favorites. But overall, the eye shadow and creme liner is great quality, and the colors are perfect for summer, so I definitely recommend buying it this season! (also, if this is alittle bit out of your price range, I will be doing a post on how to get the looks for cheaper, so stay tuned!)
