My Birthday Present :)

Okay first of all, I have not posted anything in a very long time, I am very sorry about that. I have my excuses but I do not think you want me rambling on or anything. :) But when I was on my trip to Florida, I was in a coach outlet store and I found a bag that I fell absolutely in love with. And luckily, it was 60% off! so I called up my mom who I wasn't with at the time, and she said that I could get it! so I just wanted to show it off, so here it is :) eeekkk!

Getting off my ass- After a long vacation of course :)

I haven't really thought this blog post out, in fact it just came to be while brushing my teeth, readying my self for bed (is that a word?) and this is what I have to say. Lately, this summer, I have had a strange addiction to sitting myself down, and staying on the computer for hours, and convincing my self not exercise, and a serious lack of care of what I eat (which I must say is very unlike me). Maybe its the weather, which has been terrible at this neck of the woods, constant overcast and rain. But really I have no excuse, even if the weathers crappy, I can still find a way to be active. In fact, I think this lazyiness has really token a toll on me. I am constantly tired, and I have the weirdest cravings (like candy and pastry; and amazing, I haven't really put on any weight..Could it be puberty? Take into account that I am only 14, I wonder if this is just I phase? What ever it is, my body and I don't approve. Fortunately, I am lucky enough to be heading to Florida with my friends family to Disney world,  Universal, the whole bit.After, have promised myself that  I will change my habits for the better, turning this trip into a two week long new years with a resolution to follow. So I have thought of some things off the top of my head that I will start doing post Florida (I hope!)

1.) If I am not doing anything on a day, I will convince my mother to go to the gym with me (trust me, the one I go to is a livving hell!) 

2.) Limit my computer time- this will be a hard one for me, but I think that I act get off this darn box if I really tried. 

3.) do stupid stuff- a very random and irresponsible new rule, my excuse is that i'm 14....im supposed to get out of control right? 

4.) get at least 20 followers on this blog  by the end of the summer- better start getting the word out about my blog....I am almost positive that absolutely no one yet has read what I have to say :s 

On an end note, for who ever is tuning in, I will try to blog in Florida if I have internet.....hopefully I can post some pics! 

Feather Hair Extensions :)

K so now a days I have noticed that alot of people are getting feather hair extensions and I thought they were so cute, so I decided to check them out. I personally thought that they would be much more expensive than they were, at one store they were 8 and another 10 a peice, which I thought was a good deal considering that they last up to 4 months. So I ended up getting two (a white one and a magenta one) underneath my hair so there subtle and to tell you the truth, I dont really like them. For one thing, I have dark hair, so the white stands out and the magenta sort of fades into my hair in some lights. Also, i really dont think they look like feathers (even though they are actual bird feathers); the ones I have in my hair are solid colours so they just look like lines (well actually just one white line) in my hair. I think that they are a great idea, but a didn't make the right descion when it came to the colors, which is a shame, but I think i'll live. :) If you are still thinking of getting the extensions, I would go with a pattern one (it looks more like a bird feather) instead of the solid, and if you have dark hair, get bright colors!

K so im really exicted because my FAVIOUTE beauty blogger out there (http://www.beautyfool.net/)said SHE would check out my blogg! haha I started dancing around my room when i saw that she replied, ahhhh my lifes complete, now I know that my first viewer is Renee! <3 love you so much!!! WHAT DO I THINK- Smashbox Softbox Eye Palette

Hi guys, okay so I got the new Smashbox Softbox Eye Shadow Palette and like all other smakshboxc products, it is pretty good! For 51 bucks (at all places you can purchase Smashbox) you get 9 shadows (new shades and best sellars!) and 2 gorgoeus eyeliners. This was supposed to be a summer palette, waterproof and natural, and I think we can all agree they hit it bang on! Since smashbox eyeshadows are has a much more pigmented and silky texture than other brands i've tried, it is either a love hate type of thing. But I not only love the way smashbox makes their eye shadows, I also love the colors. They are just the right shades and they go on silky smooth, a win win situation! The two eyeliners are fricken gorgoues, and they just complete each look! It also comes with a dual end brush to apply the eyeshadow and liner and a little bottle of Photo Finish Lid Primer, which I can't decide if I like yet, but please tell me what you think! The only problem about the brush is that the liner side it white can I can't seem to get the bronze creme liner out of it! grrrrr i'm too much of a perfectionist  I guess. It also comes with something that I see very rarely (is that just me?) a little pamphlet that shows you how to do three looks with the palette, so cool! I will be doing a tutorial on how to do my two favorites.  But overall, the eye shadow and creme liner is great quality, and the colors are perfect for summer, so I definitely recommend buying it this season! (also, if this is alittle bit out of your price range, I will be doing a post on how to get the looks for cheaper, so stay tuned!) WELCOME TO THE BLOG!

Hi y'all and Welcome to my new beauty blog, FACE OF BEAUTIE! 
inspired by people in all parts of the beauty internet community,  I decided to start my very own blog about all things beauty, confidence, and everything in between, but before I get started on my first real post, I want you to know alittle more about who I am, how I got here, and what is yet to come.
I am a 15 year old girl from Vancouver, Canada, and I am in love with everything that has to do with beauty. I feel like girls all around the world need a big self esteem boost, and that is what I really want to accomplish, even if it takes my whole life! hah, well I also love science and art, and I have a really awesome family. I knew I wanted to do a blog for some time now, and I have been planning forever, so I am over the moon to actually be starting it. :) I have so many ideas for this blog, so if you like any, or have ideas for more, please comment! <3
